I offer a variety of coaching services that are intended to both honor and build on your family's unique culture, ideals and goals. As the parent, you are the expert on both your children and family, I am simply a guide to help gain clarity, direction and effective strategies to achieve your goals.

Rate: $150 per 90 min. session (includes write-up or overview video and text support)

12-week, in depth Transformational Parenting Program now available! Includes weekly one on one meeting, workbook and video curriculum, text support during business hours and follow-up email or video.
Rate: $1,200/12-weeks (payment plans available)

Small Group Classes:
This budget friendly option is a great way to learn and explore your family dynamics in community with other parents with same age children.

My passion is to help parents find creative solutions to their parenting challenges. I offer an outside perspective to help bring clarity and develop strategies that focus on what your child is seeking with their behavior. Often, it's as simple as adjusting expectations to reflect your child's developmental stage, or a rough transition from one developmental stage to the next. In my Transformational Parenting Program, we explore your own triggers, challenges and generational patters that are no longer a fit for your family
Through honest sharing, discussion and observation we work to adjust or create daily routines and activities that build and support conscious connection and relational patterns are positively impacted.

Foster and Adoptive Support

From intake to possible adoption, parenting children from an early trauma background and walking the healing journey with your child can be an intense parenting journey unique to foster and adoptive parents. I have adopted two children from foster care and have been fostering for seven years. I have compassion and deeper understanding of both the children and the parent's roles in this process. Although I am not a therapist I have creative ideas around how to implement your therapist's ideas and suggestions into the reality of daily life.

I aim to create a safe and supportive environment for families to express their concerns, fears, and hopes. My goal is to help families transition through difficult times together, supporting each other's growth and well-being.
During the exploration call, we will discuss your current family dynamics and the challenges you are facing. I will help you identify patterns and behaviors that might be hindering healthy growth and development. Together we will explore ways to update your strategies and develop new parenting techniques that align with your core values.

Every session starts with sitting down and talking about your child's strengths, motivating factors and positive attributes in their home and learning environments. From there we can come up with curriculum and learning adaptions that meet and/or pull out your child's strengths.
Special Education support:
Navigating the special education system can be intimidating, I am here to help you understand the process and advocate for your child based on their needs and learning strengths so that you can go into the IEP meeting feeling prepared
and confident.
Curriculum Selection and Adaption:
Homeschooling families often spend a great deal of resources on curriculum. I offer assistance in looking at how your child learns, and help guide you to a curriculum best meets their needs. If you have already purchased a curriculum that is not the best fit I can help you adapt it to meet their educational and developmental needs.
